Harvest Hands is not run from an office in another country. It is run by Pakistanis who live an hour from the kilns, and who are in the photographs on this website because they were there.

The work does not scale through staff — it scales through local pastors. Five of them now travel out every month, preach, gather new believers, and leave a home church behind that meets the following Sunday.
Around twenty-five new home churches are planted every month. More than four hundred and twenty are meeting today, in courtyards and front rooms across Punjab and Sindh.
Each pastor is trained, supplied with Bibles and equipment, supported monthly so his own family eats — and, increasingly, given a motorbike so distance stops deciding who hears the Gospel.

Bibles, fuel, training and a monthly support so their own families eat — that is what it takes to keep a pastor on the road. It is the least visible part of this work and the part everything else depends on.
